Medicinal products containing cannabinoids are prescription-only medicines.

Ordering is therefore only possible upon presentation of a valid original prescription.

You can book your medication in advance. It will be issued or dispatched once the pharmacy receives the original prescription.

A private prescription for medical cannabis is valid for 3 months. If the cost is covered by health insurance, the validity is reduced to 28 days.

Unfortunately, in the relatively new field of cannabinoid-containing medicines, despite our best efforts, there are always supply bottlenecks that we try to avoid.
If your prescription cannabis product is not listed in our product overview or is marked as "out of stock", you can contact us directly.

Our team of pharmacists will then quickly check if the product is available directly from our wholesaler or manufacturer, or if an alternative can be discussed with your doctor. This usually takes a maximum of 2 days to dispatch.

When it comes to medical cannabis prices, we are legally obliged to follow the pricing regulations for prescription drugs.

For delivery via DHL, we charge a shipping fee of EUR 9.99 for orders between EUR 0 and EUR 100.

For orders of 100 to 200 €, the shipping fee is 5,99 €.

Orders valued at over 200 euros are shipped free of charge.

For GO orders between 0 and 100 EUR, the postage is 13,99 EUR.

For orders between 100 and 200 euros, the postage is 9.99 euros. Orders valued over € 200 are sent free of charge.

Once the prescription is received, the offer is checked and sent. If the offer is accepted and the drug is in stock, production can begin. After production, the medicine is ready for dispatch.

Average dispatch time for GO! Express is 1 day.

The average shipping time for DHL is 1-5 days.

Thanks to partial legalisation in Germany, cannabis is no longer a drug but a prescription medicine. This legal step has led to a significant increase in the number of enquiries about treatment. From 1 April 2020, we are facing a significantly higher volume of enquiries.

Of course, you can also pick up your medication at our pharmacy. To make sure we have your order in stock, please contact us in advance. We will let you know when your order will be ready for collection so you don't have to wait.

We will pay the postage for you. Please use our postage envelope, which you can print here in PDF format.

If the delivery driver has not reached you at home, a second delivery attempt will be made. Alternatively, you can enter a different delivery location using the parcel number. If the parcel cannot be delivered even on the second delivery attempt, it will be returned to us.

All drugs (especially prescription drugs, including cannabis flowers) are legally excluded from reimbursement. Please see our cancellation policy for further information.
